Architects Bjarke Ingels have designed the masterplan for a carbon-neutral resort and residential development on Zira Island in the Caspian Sea. The island, the first of its kind, is designed to be completely self-sufficient, relying entirely on renewable sources for energy. This is truly cutting edge design, innovation at its best!
